2. Services Provided

3. Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to register.
- You agree to provide accurate and current information during sign-up and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, violation of laws, or abuse of resources.
4. Use of Services
You agree not to:
- Host or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or obscene content.
- Use our servers for spamming, phishing, hacking, or distributing malware.
- Consume excessive bandwidth or CPU resources beyond fair usage limits.
- Use the Services in a way that interferes with other customers’ experience.
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
5. Uptime & Support
- We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., DDoS attacks, upstream provider outages, force majeure).
- Technical support is available via email or ticket system.
- Support does not include website code debugging or third-party software issues.
6. Billing & Payments
- All prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is due in advance of service activation.
- Recurring services renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
- Non-payment after the due date may result in suspension or termination of services.
- Re-activation fees may apply for suspended accounts.
7. Domains
- Domain names are registered through third-party registrars, and their separate terms apply.
- All domain registrations are non-refundable once processed.
- It is your responsibility to ensure correct registration details and timely renewals.
- We are not liable for loss or expiration of domains due to non-payment or failure to renew.
8. Backups & Data
- We perform regular system backups for internal purposes; however, these are not guaranteed.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups.
- We are not liable for any data loss or corruption regardless of cause.
9. Cancellation & Termination
- You may cancel at any time through your client portal.
- Refund eligibility is covered in our Refund Policy.
- We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or engage in abusive behavior.
10. Intellectual Property
- All website content, design, software, and materials on storebase.com.au are owned by Storebase or its licensors.
- You retain ownership of any content you upload or host on your account.
- By hosting with us, you grant us a license to store and transmit your content solely as needed to provide the Services.
11. Liability Disclaimer
- The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storebase shall not be liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from use or inability to use the Services.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in the preceding 12 months.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Storebase, its employees and agents, against all claims, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in NSW.
14. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Refund Policy

1. General
We strive to provide reliable, high-performance hosting. However, if you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions below.
2. Money-Back Guarantee
- New hosting accounts (shared, VPS, or WordPress) are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee.
- Refund requests must be made in writing via our support system within 30 days of the initial purchase.
- Refunds apply only to the hosting service — not to domain names, SSL certificates, dedicated IPs, or other add-ons.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable once provisioned:
- Domain registrations, renewals, or transfers
- SSL certificates
- Software licenses (e.g., cPanel, WHMCS)
- Setup fees or migration fees
- Late fees or administrative charges
4. Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Storebase is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
- All refunds are issued in AUD.
5. Cancellations
- You may cancel your hosting or VPS plan anytime via the client portal.
- Cancellation requests must be received before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.
- Once cancelled, all data associated with the account will be permanently deleted after 7 days.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We reserve the right to deny refunds if:
- The account violated our Terms of Service (e.g., spamming, abuse, illegal content).
- The refund request is submitted beyond the guarantee period.
- Significant resources (support, bandwidth, setup) have been consumed.
7. Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if services fail to meet statutory guarantees.
